Vermont’s Burlington region, long known for its safe, family-friendly environment, faces challenges due to safety concerns and public behavior conflicting with our community’s core values.
To tackle these issues head-on, several community organizations have united to establish the Community & Workplace Violence Task Force. We aim to combat these challenges through initiatives focused on
education, training and support.

Hand-in-hand with these initiatives is a movement to promote and focus on the good happening in our community.
The Small Acts of Community Challenge is our rallying call to promote and focus on positive actions—especially the small, everyday choices that add up to create an environment we are happy and proud to be a part of.
We’re inviting everyone to sign our pledge and contribute at least 10 small acts that help reaffirm and reinforce our core community values.
Together we can help support the Burlington region we love so much.
Thank you to our generous supporters.
